      What do the LED indicator lights mean?

      A - White LED's rolling from bottom to top: charger is booting up

      B - White pulsing LED's: charger is in standby mode and waiting for action

      C

       

      C - Blue LED's light up from the middle: charger does not require permission and is waiting for the EV to initiate the charging process

      D - Blue LED's pulsing: charger requires authorisation, use the mobile app or swipe your RFID fob to start charging

      G

       

      E - Green LED's pulsing: charger is initialising the charging session

      J

       

      F - Green LED's rolling from bottom to top: charger is charging the EV

      K

       

      G - Green LED's on: charger has completed the charging session

      L

       

      H - Blue LED's rolling from top to bottom: charger is waiting for the scheduled charging time or if your SMART charging is toggled off, contact us at home@we-ev.co.nz

      I - Four blue middle LED's pulsing: charger is waiting to add a new RFID tag

      J - Four green middle LED's: RFID fob has been accepted

      K - Four red middle LED's: RFID fob has been declined, add the fob via the We.EV app or contact us at home@we-ev.co.nz

      L - White LED's rolling from top to bottom: charger is reserved for OCPP only, contact us at home@we-ev.co.nz

      M - Yellow pulsing LED's: charger is in standby mode with default settings, contact us at home@we-ev.co.nz

      N - Yellow LED's on: charger is not charging, simplified charging sequence is required, contact us at home@we-ev.co.nz

      Red LED Indicators - Errors and Warnings

      A - Single orange LED on top: warning of either temperature, current, energy meter issues
